New Winter Menu!
We welcome a new Chef James and new restaurant manager Chris!
In addition, we introduce a new winter menu. Here is a selection of James' most popular dishes from the new menu.
* Braised pork belly, Nelson seared scallops, pea and mint puree and micro pea shoots
* Confit Canterbury duck leg resting on a kumera gullet, baby root vegetables with an orange and thyme jus
* Cheviot beef fillet, placed on a horseradish and parsley pomme puree, baby root vegetables, pearl onions and thyme jus
* Fresh Kaikoura caught fish, pan fried and placed on a pumpkin and thyme rosti, wilted spinach and a white wine cream sauce
As always, we offer return guests dining at Altitude Restaurant, a complimentary glass of house wine each on arrival.
